Rick Dale brings over 20 years of fire-related experience and has participated in more than 500 documented fire investigations. Certified as an expert witness in his field, Rick currently serves as the Senior Investigator of the West Division within the Houston Fire Department’s Arson Bureau, where he leads a team of Fire & Arson Investigators. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in managing complex investigations and ensuring thorough results.

In 2020, Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Business from the University of Houston-Downtown, followed by a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice (MSCJ) from Lamar University. He remains committed to his professional growth by attending seminars, conferences, and training events focused on the investigation of fires and explosions.
